Director of Client Relations (Formerly known Sales and Marketing.)
Bachelor’s Degree. Must have 7+ years in managing a sales team of enterprise software sales, ERP/CRM experience, outside sales, B2B, and long sales cycle experience. Track record of managing sales team and exceeding quota.

HR Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Must have 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals

Product Marketing Manager (Banking)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Must have 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience. Banking experience is plus.

J2EE Certified Developers
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Must have 3+ years certified experience. Rational Suite is plus.

Novell Certified Engineers
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Must have 3+ years certified experience on Novell Identity Manager and eDirectory. Rational Suite is plus.

Software Technical Writer
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Must have 3+ years certified experience on writing software application contents and manuals. Web Authoring Tools is plus.
